Where We Ship From

• All of our orders are packaged by hand shipped direct to you from our centrally located distribution center located in Georgia, USA.

Shipping Information
 

• Once your order has been received, we will prepare your items for shipping. Upon leaving our distribution facility, shipping speed is 2-7 days depending on your location.
   

Order Cancellation and Adjustments
 

• At this time, we are unable to make adjustments or cancel orders after they have been placed. We kindly ask that you please review the contents of your order, the shipping address, and that your method of payment is correct before finalizing and submitting your order.
   

Return Policy

We are so thankful for you and that you selected Fragrance & Fur for your luxury home scenting and pet odor elimination needs. We will always offer support in choosing the right scent and product for your needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please connect with our client experience team via email or chat.

We will accept returns of unused fragrance machines within 14 days of receipt. The machine must be returned and received in the exact same condition as originally shipped to you. We will not accept returns for a full refund if there is damage to the machine, the machine packaging, or if the machine has been used. The machine and packaging must remain in new, unused condition to meet our full refund return policy. For items that are damaged, we will evaluate return procedures on a case-by-case basis. In the event of damaged machines and packaging, any refund considered and provided will be in the form of a store credit. Please connect with our customer care team to begin facilitating your return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 

Fragrance is a deeply personal choice and we understand that you are on the journey to find the perfect Fragrance & Fur scent to elevate the ambience of your pet-shared spaces. We will accept the return of unopened, unused fragrance items in the original, undamaged packaging for a complete refund to the original form of payment. Any partial refund in the form of store credit for opened or damaged fragrances or packaging will be at our discretion. Please contact our customer care return team for individual assessment.

If you would like to request a return of your purchase, please visit the Fragrance & Fur return center to initiate a request. Once your return request has been authorized through the Fragrance & Fur Return Center and received by our warehouse, it will take 5-10 business days to process. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the return processing.

Please note that clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Guidelines for Unopened Aromatherapy Machines

If you need to return your aromatherapy machine, we're happy to accept returns of:

- Aroma Machines that have not been used
- Undamaged original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In the original shipping box for protection during transit

Understanding Fragrance Diffusion

It is important to know that fragrances smell quite different when diffused compared to how they smell directly from the bottle. We encourage you to give any scent a try through diffusion, even if your first impression isn't favorable – you might be pleasantly surprised by the transformation!

Return Policy for Diffusion Oils

-Unopened Products: We will accept returns of unopened diffusion oil fragrance products (15ml or larger) in undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Condition: Products must be returned in the original shipping box for proper protection during transit. Retail product boxing must remain undamaged in the same condition as received to be eligible for return.
- Opened Products: Not eligible to be returned or refunded.
- Final sale items: Not Eligible to be returned or refunded.
- Return shipping costs: Not Eligible to be returned or refunded.

California Prop 65 Health & Safety Warning

This section provides the required warning when a product is being sold to a customer in California, where consumers are subject to California law adopted by their voters with Prop. 65. We would like all of our customers to be aware that all circuit boards are made using processes that involve chemicals.

Your likelihood of actual  exposure to these chemicals is remote since the circuit board is contained inside the enclosure of the machine and will only be exposed should you take the device apart, which we warn against due to potential chemical exposure, reproductive, and bodily harm.
