**Aroma Machine Returns**

Return Guidelines for Unopened Aromatherapy Machines

If you need to return your aromatherapy machine, we're happy to accept returns of:

- Aroma Machines that have not been used
- Undamaged original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In the original shipping box for protection during transit

It is important to know that fragrances smell quite different when diffused compared to how they smell directly from the bottle. We encourage you to give any scent a try through diffusion, even if your first impression isn't favorable – you might be pleasantly surprised by the transformation!

Smart Shopping with 2ml Sample Testers

We want to make the fragrance selection process as comfortable and risk-free as possible. To help you make confident choices, we offer 2ml fragrance sample testers ($1.25) that you can purchase alongside your chosen diffusion oil products.

The optional 2ml fragrance samples samples allow you to:
- Test fragrances without opening your main product bottles since opened product bottles are not eligible for return
- Experience how the scent diffuses in your space
- Make informed decisions about your purchase

Since opened diffusion oil bottles are non-refundable, these testers bridge the gap between uncertainty and satisfaction. We don't want you stuck with a fragrance you don't absolutely love! We want your experience with Fragrance and Fur and our products to be nothing short of amazing. We will be fully committed to working with you to find your perfect fragrance.

Return Policy for Diffusion Oils

-Unopened Products: We will accept returns of unopened diffusion oil fragrance products (15ml or larger) in undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Condition: Products must be returned in the original shipping box for proper protection during transit. Retail product boxing must remain undamaged in the same condition as received to be eligible for return.
- Opened Products: Not eligible to be returned or refunded.
- Testers: ($1.25)  Non-refundable as they're meant for testing
