Once your order has been received, we will prepare your items for shipping. Upon leaving our distribution facility, shipping speed is 2-7 days depending on your location.

At this time, we are unable to make adjustments or cancel orders after they have been placed. We kindly ask that you please review the contents of your order, the shipping address, and that your method of payment is correct before finalizing and submitting your order.
 

RETURN POLICY

Fragrance & Fur's odor eliminating room mists are incredible and we hope that you will enjoy them as much as we do. However, we understand that choosing the right scent for your space is a personal choice. 

We offer the option to purchase a small fragrance sample of your chosen scent to ensure personal compatibility before opening your retail fragrance product. We will always offer support in choosing the right scent and product for your individual needs.

If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, we will accept returns of unopened fragrance products in undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. Products should be returned in the same shipping box provided for proper protection during return transit.

Please note that opened, damaged, used, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
