Fill the Fragrance & Fur Glass Spray Bottle from our Hard Surface Spray starter kit with distilled water 3/4 full. Pour 1 Hard Surface refill into the Fragrance & Fur hard surface spray glass container. Attach the trigger sprayer to the glass bottle and fill with distilled water until 500ml. Gently mix by shaking or swirling the bottle.

To enjoy our hard surface cleanser with our exclusive, plant-based odor eliminating technology, simply spritz 3-5 times on hard surfaces and wipe clean.

Once your order has been received, we will prepare your items for shipping. Upon leaving our distribution facility, shipping speed is 2-7 days depending on your location.

At this time, we are unable to make adjustments or cancel orders after they have been placed. We kindly ask that you please review the contents of your order, the shipping address, and that your method of payment is correct before finalizing and submitting your order.
 

RETURN POLICY

Fragrance & Fur's odor eliminating room mists are incredible and we hope that you will enjoy them as much as we do. However, we understand that choosing the right scent for your space is a personal choice. 

We will send a small fragrance sample of your chosen fragrance with your purchase for you to test before opening your purchased fragrance product.

We do not want you stuck with a product you do not like. This is why we send the free sample for testing before you open the fragrance product. We will always offer support in choosing the right scent and product for your individual needs.

If you are not satisfied with the fragrance after sampling, we will accept returns of unopened fragrance products in unopened, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. Products should be returned in the same shipping box provided for proper protection during return transit.

Please note that opened, damaged, used, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
