To enjoy our reed diffusers, carefully remove the glass container, reeds, and reed diffuser fragrance oil from the packaging. Carefully open the fragrance oil and pour directly into the glass container. Insert the number of reeds of your choice into the glass vessel. The intensity of the fragrance can be customized by the number of reeds used. Flip the reeds every couple of days to intensify the fragrant experience and enjoy a burst of freshness. By flipping the reeds often, the fragrance will consistently be stronger and more noticeable. This and also prevents dust buildup on the exposed reeds and allows the fragrance to be absorbed into the reeds unobstructed.

Our reed diffuser glass vessels are reusable and refillable and we offer reed diffuser oil refills so your intimate spaces can remain fresh without downtime. Please do not use reed diffuser oil in aromatherapy machines as the oil is thicker and can damage the machine.

At this time, we are unable to make adjustments or cancel orders after they have been placed. We kindly ask that you please review the contents of your order, the shipping address, and that your method of payment is correct before finalizing and submitting your order.
 

RETURN POLICY

Fragrance & Fur's odor eliminating aroma diffusion oils are incredible and we hope that you will enjoy them as much as we do. However, we understand that choosing the right scent for your space is a personal choice. 

We will send a small fragrance sample of your chosen fragrance with your purchase for you to test before opening your purchased fragrance product.

We do not want you stuck with a product you do not like. This is why we send the free sample for testing before you open the fragrance product. We will always offer support in choosing the right scent and product for your individual needs.

If you are not satisfied with the fragrance after sampling, we will accept returns of unopened fragrance products in unopened, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. Products should be returned in the same shipping box provided for proper protection during return transit.

Please note that opened, damaged, used, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
