The Vara combines simple functionality with an incredible style that will fit in the cup holder, door pocket, or any other stationary location in your vehicle that meets your needs. The best part? The intelligent Car Mode. Upon turning the machine on during your journey, while the car is moving the fragrance system works for you according to your diffusion scenting preferences. When the car remains still for 90s, the machine will automatically turn off for you for a completely hands free experience.
The Vara is a wireless, rechargeable, heatless, waterless aroma diffuser that works seamlessly with our Fragrance & Fur odor eliminating fragrance blends. All of our odor eliminating fragrances provide the option of adding feline and canine pheromones to help reduce pet anxiety.

- All of our orders are packaged by hand shipped direct to you from our centrally located distribution center located in Georgia, USA.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Once your order has been received, we will prepare your items for shipping. Upon leaving our distribution facility, shipping speed is 2-7 days depending on your location.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND ADJUSTMENTS
- At this time, we are unable to make adjustments or cancel orders after they have been placed. We kindly ask that you please review the contents of your order, the shipping address, and that your method of payment is correct before finalizing and submitting your order.
RETURN POLICY
We are so thankful for you and that you selected Fragrance & Fur for your luxury home scenting and pet odor elimination needs. We will always offer support in choosing the right scent and product for your needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please connect with our client experience team via email or chat.
We will accept returns of unused fragrance machines within 14 days of receipt. The machine must be returned and received in the exact same condition as originally shipped to you. We will not accept returns for a full refund if there is damage to the machine, the machine packaging, or if the machine has been used. The machine and packaging must remain in new, unused condition to meet our full refund return policy. For items that are damaged, we will evaluate return procedures on a case-by-case basis. In the event of damaged machines and packaging, any refund considered and provided will be in the form of a store credit. Please connect with our customer care team to begin facilitating your return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Fragrance is a deeply personal choice and we understand that you are on the journey to find the perfect Fragrance & Fur scent to elevate the ambience of your pet-shared spaces. We will accept the return of unopened, unused fragrance items in the original, undamaged packaging for a complete refund to the original form of payment. Any partial refund in the form of store credit for opened or damaged fragrances or packaging will be at our discretion. Please contact our customer care return team for individual assessment.
If you would like to request a return of your purchase, please visit the Fragrance & Fur return center to initiate a request. Once your return request has been authorized through the Fragrance & Fur Return Center and received by our warehouse, it will take 5-10 business days to process. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the return processing.
